This awareness underpins the way we act every day to remain rooted in Faenza. And we do so in compliance with regulations, legal provisions and all the quality and safety standards in place, in order to continue to give stable work to over 280 employees, without mentioning all the satellite activities. Investments are made constantly to secure the maximum quality in the production processes and the protection of the environment and of the local area.

The fact the we continue to work in Faenza, where Tampieri first rose and developed, enables us to be sensitive and attentive to the needs of our community. Therefore, we promote actions and events, and give out contributions in the interest of the largest number of people.

We are passionate about the environment. This is why we have always invested in the best available technologies and done everything we can to abide by the laws and regulations in force. Also, we always seek to improve our performances, so as to reduce our environmental impact and avert the onset of any type of pollution. Sustainability is the new frontier.

We have set stable targets and ensure that our company policies are understood, implemented and supported by all our partners.

In particular:

. we raise awareness and a sense of responsibility towards the environment within the Group and among our suppliers and customers

. we make as little use as possible of non-renewable energy sources

. important prevention work allows us to control all the potential sources of hazard and environmental emergency

. we optimize energy consumption, reduce waste production, monitor emissions to air, land and water, and optimize water consumption

. we work together with the public authorities in a transparent manner

. we foster exchange and engage in dialogue with employees, local communities, other local companies, institutions and local authorities

Among other things, an annual report is produced for Tampieri spa, Tampieri energie srl and Faenza depurazioni srl, which are ISO 14001/2004 certified and subject to Integrated Environmental Authorization.
