Since 1928 the Tampieri Group has developed very successfully. This is also thanks to all the people who have worked with us. Whatever their area of specialization, they have believed in us and have given us their unfailing support over the years. They have shared our challenges, even the most difficult ones, showing what ‘sense of belonging’ really means. This is why we care so much about them. They are part and parcel of our extended family. Therefore, I think it is essential that we continue to invest in the professional development of our staff, for them to grow just like our companies have grown.
In 2018 we provided over 5,000 training hours, not only in compliance with legal requirements, as in the case of firefighting and first aid courses, but also relating to specific subjects that may be conducive to our employees' professional growth.
Every day we, the members of the Tampieri family, work closely with our staff here in the company where we were all born and bred. We had two great guides: my grandfather, Alfredo Tampieri, the initiator and founder of our Group, and my father Federico, his first partner. We still have vivid memories of them. We take pride in their intelligence and integrity, their daily work and self-denial, as well as in their attachment to this land and their efforts to promote it. Alfredo and Federico set an example we need to follow with determination and gratitude if we are to make the most of their legacy together with other colleagues.
